       Efficiency of Operations

Our strategy and MO is not capital-intensive because we do not stock parts. We work with the dealerships or brands’ stocks and warehouses. Our operation is “very light” and very sustainable, with very few overhead expenses. We source our (OEM, OE, O, aftermarket, remanufactured) parts in U.S., Spain, Germany, Europe and China, with a purchase price structure of cost +10%. We distribute (we operate an U.S. 1,500sft warehouse with 55,000 liters stock of synthetic oils) oils and lubricants (automotive, transport, construction, airlines) purchasing directly from Fuchs Germany, Mannheim, Fuchs Germany is the largest independent oil manufacturer, a company founded in 1930 and with a cap. value in excess of 10bn. We have a goal to grow our monthly on-line sales at  the minimum 1.5-2% rate.

 

       Procurement

We procure parts from the high-line dealerships parts deportment and distributors. In last decade (2007-2017) The ENG Group LLC’ form of operation (MO), the amount of revenue registered per transaction/single customer purchase is, consistently, constantly, being from 23% up to 60% net profit. TEG operates at very low cost, with very little overhead, with advanced DELL computer SAP+QB systems, admin payroll by ADP and shipping software FEDEX and no inventory (except oils and lubricants). We earn an extra 2% in cash using CapitalOne Spark business card for purchases. Shipping service with FedEx is also a revenue sources with 10-23% revenue per each international shipment. Technical Services from $49.99 personal to $249.99 corporate/year subscriptions are rising. We will employ Machine Intelligence for best part/price/quality/shipping acquisition.

 

       Customer Spending

In the last decade, we had $0.00 customer acquisition cost, due to the fact that we receive at least 30 leads/day from out 50 websites we operate. We process payments with www.square.com with an average $513 spent per visit. We can boost our revenue on private and corporate customers at a rate of 15-25% annually.

2nd quarter 2017: Private companies based in U.S. raised 17.4 billion in venture funding. The Nasdaq Composite is up more than 15% in 2017 and is averaging about 22 times forward earnings (WSJ). | We completely justify and estimate the actual value of www.uber-parts.com ™ ® at $10,000,000 at a multiple factor of 20 forward earnings/sales of the TEG (Automotive Division) median value yearly parts sales 2007-2017. Other startups in the 60, 70, 80, 90s were valued/initiated on a multiple of 50-75-90. (PayPal is valued at 70 times forward earnings with a revenue margin of only 2.8% | AMD is valued at 75 times forward earnings, and 7% earnings.)

 

Funding 

Founding a startup via VC is structured in five traditional points: 1. idea, 2. business plan, 3. funding, 4. development of product, 5. sales. All these points and basic structures are already in place because of the work done by TEG in U.S. and abroad, over the years, since 2005.

This is not R&D. “We know exactly what we have to do and how to do it”. A variety of new processes will be established, because of the www.uber-parts.com scale, but the concept, operation MO and the logistic types are already proved over the last decade, with more than $500,000 in sales, per year
