Welcome to the Uber-Parts app, except otherwise agreed to between you and Uber-Parts app, you agree these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") when using the app and accessing the site. By downloading, accessing and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, or are not a customer then you are kindly requested to uninstall the App.

The customer/client can choose to use Visa, Master Card, Amex and other credit cards, wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union, etc., to make payments for their purchases is U.S. Dollars. We can provide currency conversion services when the purchase warrants such operation. All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.

Please know that Uber-Parts reserves the rights, to modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice by updating this posting, any time. Your continued use of the App following posting of Conditions signifies that you agree to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations or updates.

Downloads, screenshots and copy-paste, may only be used to download or copy the Content for your personal use only keeping intact all copyright and proprietary notices. It is strictly prohibited to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, repost, change, or use the Content without written permission from an authorized representative of Uber-Parts.

Images of people, products, logos or places displayed on the App are either the property of, or used with permission by, Uber-Parts. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by someone on the Uber-Parts team. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity.

 

CONDITIONS & METHOD OF PAYMENT

All major credit cards are accepted via WWW.UBER-PARTS.COM.  Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing. We accept many forms and option of payments. The currency is U.S. Dollars. Payments in any other currency will be subject to an exchange rate, exchange commission and other fees assed by our bank. Any payment for the service invoice can be taken in form of a check, direct deposit, credit card, Western Union, PayPal, bitcoins, EFT, other tenders, etc. Once the full payment is received, the invoice will be stipend with the deal PAID. Shipping Policy & Deliveries

We ship to worldwide, the delivery time may vary depends on your country custom clearance process. Items will be shipped within 1 business day on payment received. All Items are shipped from USA, unless specified from Germany, Spain, Europe, Asia, Canada, Mexico, etc.

Please allow one business day for our warehouse to process your order, plus transit time for selected shipping method, plus any delay shown above for non-stock items or outlying warehouses, before expecting your order to arrive. "Receive by" dates are best estimates considering these factors but are not guaranteed.

 

SHIPPING OUT AND EXPORTS

Once the order is ready and packed you will receive a picture and you will get a Tracking Number: EX. 7789-5632-5677 (FEDEX OR UPS F9405536897846118129488. This tracking number will be noted in the invoice, delivery note and export documents. Please note for FedEx, UPS, USPS, ETC. shipments, a signature may be required for some orders upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, you can call the delivery company to make other arrangements or sign the call tag they leave at your door. EXPORTS

Exporting a part(S) outside US proper it’s a service by itself. We do not cover any warranty in the segment US Proper-Country of Destination. All warranties and returns are to be made in the USA proper segment only.

We ship worldwide, sometime with/or no signature required, depending on the method of payment and their respective sales conditions. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days if part is in stock, subject to availability, weather, vendor delays, disruption of delivery, or any other reason or circumstance, please note some orders may take longer to ship. For Germany orders, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. Tracking numbers should be emailed to you within 1-3 business days, some tracking numbers may take longer to update. Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays. All of the timeframes listed above are estimates only. In some cases tracking updates and shipping times will be longer then stated.

For international shipments, clients will be liable for all dues and taxes at the country of destination. 

For international shipments, when shipping what is considered dangerous goods (DG), a certification for Air Shipping with FEDEX is necessary to go with you international shipment conditions and a $49 fee for DG (dangerous goods) will be added to your invoice.

We ship to PO Boxes within they conditions of goods receptions.

Client will be liable for any costs arising from changes in the address, incorrect address, mission PC/CP (postal code/codigo postal) or problems with delivery arising from erroneous shipping addresses, as the carriers are changing us for all these events.

Force Majeure: in some instances, the carriers will hold merchandise and parts in US. Because they are not deeming safe to ship the packages due to: street disturbances, terrorism, revolution, coups, popular uprisings, war, etc. Refer to your tracking number (supplied in due time with your invoice) in the respective carrier web site for more information.

 

Delivery Policy

Please allow one business day for our warehouse to process your order, plus transit time for selected shipping method, plus any delay shown above for non-stock items or outlying warehouses, before expecting your order to arrive. "Receive by" dates are best estimates considering these factors but are not guaranteed.

By ordering from Uber-Parts with delivery, the customer is bound by the Policies and Conditions of the shipping carrier. Any damage upon receipt of the box or parts needs to be cleared with the shipping carrier. If you choose to reject the package upon receipt for any reason, you will be liable for the shipping back to us and restocking fees.

For international shipments, if you choose to reject the package upon receipt for any reason, you will be liable for the shipping back to us, restocking fees and any duties and taxes back to the US.

The only warranties applying to these parts are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this parts and or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit or income or any other incidental damages. 

We accept returns in original packaging only within 15 days of purchase, delivered to our offices in the US. Export is considered a separate service; therefore, we offer no refunds on international shipping. For international customers, parts that want to be returned need to shipped back to our offices at the client’s expense.

Parts imported from Europe are non-refundable.

Parts that are coded for an specific VIN/CHASSIS are non-refundable.

We DO NOT Accept Returns on OPENED Electrical and Electronic Parts (TRP) - No Exceptions. If the part is used, tested, opened, teared or unsealed the plastic of the electrical or electronic part we do not accept the return for any reason. 

There will be a 20% handling charge for all accepted returned parts.

EACH PART NUMBER IS UNIQUE. WE ADVISE TO CHECK YOUR PART NUMBER(S) BEFORE ORDERING. Parts or accessories cannot be altered they are considered special orders.

Shipping your Return Part

BEFORE RETURNING If you need to return this item for whatever reason, please do so within 14 days after you receive the item. Please contact us first before returning the item. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you in: must be new and unopened and must include all packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless an error was made on my part. Once the item is received and inspected, a cancellation request will be made and once completed, the refund will be processed.

BEFORE RETURNING, Check that all of the parts you wish to return are in their original packaging. Please do not write or attach anything on the original packaging of the part.

Attach the original invoice to the items & RMA (return merchandise authorization) supplied by your Service and parts Advisor.

We strongly suggest you return your item with a shipping carrier that provides you with insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage.

All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement.

 

Shipping your Core Part

Our industry has a 15-day return policy on all cores. All cores must be returned in original packaging of new part, no exceptions. Returned cores that contain oil or other fluids have to be drained and cleaned. Attach the original estimate or invoice to the package; please do not attach any labels or markings to the original core box. We strongly suggest you return your item with a shipping carrier that provides you with insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage. All core returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement.

 

Order Cancelation Policy

We accept cancellations within 5 days of payment, if order has not shipped. 

All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 5 days. 

Special orders, vin-coded parts, parts and accessories imported from Europe other manufacturing places are non-refundable.

Subject to any interest-free period for new purchases, we will begin charging interest and financial fees from the date of the transaction, until your account is paid in full.
